About us
Welcome to the Melbourne Grove Medical Practice
We hope you find the care we provide to be helpful and convenient. Our doctors and nurses are committed to providing a service that is for everybody. We provide clinical care from 8.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturday’s 9.00am until 12.00 noon. We are very keen to work with you - our patients - to develop the doctor’s surgery in a way that suits you most. We have established a regular Patient Participation Group for registered patients to hear your views. Together, we want to address needs within the community to make the service as flexible as possible for everyone.
We look forward to providing you with the health care you deserve.

They may need to ask you medical details in order to work effectively and at all times are working under the instructions of the doctors. All information given to them is treated in confidence. The more information you are able to give the receptionists the better they will be able to assist you. We all strive to provide you with the best possible care.
