Telisha Milton promoted to Assistant Practice Manager
It is with great pleasure that we announce that Telisha Milton has been promoted to the position of Assistant Practice Manager for the Melbourne Grove Medical Practice.
Telisha formerly held the post of senior customer service officer/Practice Supervisor at another Concordia Health managed practice - Parkside Medical Centre. She is now charged with supporting the Business/Practice Manger with the oversight of all management related activities for the practice.
As Assistant Practice Manager she will have line management responsibility for all administration staff and will liaise closely with the Business/Practice Manager to oversee staffing requirements and issues. She will be part of the reception team rota, and is charged with developing a strong sense of team spirit, commitment and enthusiasm through all staff.
She was successful from a significant number of candidates including many external ones. Her achievement speaks volumes to the calibre of staff at Concordia.
Telisha takes up her new role at the practice shortly; we wish her all the best and look forward to hearing more about her successes.
